About the role

We're looking for a Payments Strategy Analyst to join our Payments team and work closely with the Payments Strategy Manager and VP of Payments, helping shape the future of Flatpay's payments business.
You'll combine analytical thinking, commercial understanding, and problem-solving to help drive projects across the Payments organization - from pricing and market expansion to new products and strategic partnerships. Working cross-functionally, you'll turn data into insights and insights into action.

What you'll do
Support strategic initiatives across the Payments organization.
Analyze business performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Build financial models and strategic analyses to support decision-making.
Conduct research to inform commercial and strategic decisions.
Contribute to pricing initiatives and payment economics work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
Improve reporting and analytical tools to support the business.
Who you are
Strong analytical and structured problem solver.
Curious and eager to understand how businesses and markets work.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership.
Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Collaborative and proactive in your approach.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, financial services, strategy, or analytics.
Excel, SQL, Databricks or similar analytical tools.
Background in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar.
