WHAT YOU'LL DO
Attend pre-booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay's payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers.
Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting.
Understand each merchant's needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Build long-term customer relationships by delivering an excellent customer experience.
Share customer feedback and market insights with our Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams.

SKILLS & TRAITS
Strong face-to-face communication skills, negotiation techniques, and objection handling abilities.
Self-starter with perseverance; driven by results.
Organized and disciplined, maintaining a clear overview of your sales pipeline.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with SDR and Operations teams.
Valid driver's license and access to your own personal vehicle 5 days a week.
Experience in B2B field sales, with a track record of consistently meeting (or exceeding) targets.
Experience selling to SME business owners (experience in the payments industry is a plus, but not required).
Fluent in local language(s) and English.
Right to work in Switzerland.
